It could mean a number of things, some arent as bad and some are. The best bet is to call your vet and ask her if she thinks you need to make an appointment...you might need to if her stool is runny as well. It couldnt hurt, and your vet may be able to tell if you cat is pregnant or not. If not, time certainly will.





Some signs of cat pregnancy:


Firm stomach.


Large stomach.


Enlarged nipples, especially during the later stages.


Filling with milk right near the birth.

That would not be first on my list of differential diagnoses, no. Blood in the poo can be caused by many things, usually infection. Take her to a vet. Once she's given the all clear, get her booked in for a spay. This needs to be done otherwise you're putting her at risk from pyometra and mammary cancer.

when my cat was pregnant she acted normal.


maybe she got a little lazer but that alrite. it probably because she cut somthing inside by somthing she ate. give it a week to heal. if it doesnt, take it to the vet. she may need surgery.

probably means she is constipated and if you think she may be pregnant then you need to consider getting her spayed...please do a search on Pyometra, a deadly disease that your cat can get everytime she goes into heat...thanks!
She is probably constipated. I would consult a vet to get her checked, and have her spayed too. The vet may need to change her diet.
