The first - Be honest with yourself. Look in the mirror and know who you are. Look in your mind and see yourself as you are... The opposite would be to lie to yourself about the truth and let your emotions override the facts.





the second - You know your own ethics, your own conscience, your own ideals, your own principles. Do not compromise them or cheat yourself by doing something out of character.
Not to lie more than reasonably required (polite lies) and to be upfront about your likes and dislikes.
